Psychotherapy
At one level, who we are is the story we tell ourselves; a story that deserves to be honored as our lived truth. Together, we will work to understand the chapters of your story through a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens. Drawing on approaches such as IFS, ACT, and somatic experiencing, we will explore and process your relationship to the world around you, with the ultimate goal of cultivating acceptance for where you are and where you have come from.
Medication Management
Modern psychopharmacology can be a powerful tool for easing symptoms, especially when those symptoms interfere with the ability to function in an ever-changing world. I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders and take an approach that views medication as a supportive tool, one part of a broader process of healing rather than the sole solution.
Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
At another level, who we are is beyond words. For thousands of years, non-ordinary states of consciousness have served as gateways to deeper understanding of the self, the world, and the nature of reality. While Western medicine has often separated these experiences from its pursuit of objective truths, leading to incredible scientific discoveries, these states can also offer profound psychological insights. When integrated, they can reshape how we relate to ourselves and others, expanding our understanding of who we are.
