Psychotherapy
At one level, who you are is a story that we tell ourselves. That story must be honored as it is our lived truth. To honor it, we will seek to understand its origins and its branches from a psychodynamic lens. Using a multi-modal approach (IFS, ACT, somatic processing), we will work to explore and process your relationship to parts of yourself and the world around you, with the ultimate goal of accepting where you are and where you have come from.
Medication Management
Modern psychopharmacology can be helpful in mitigating symptoms, especially when these symptoms are impacting the ability to function in this ever-changing world we find ourselves in. I specialize in the management of mood disorders and take an approach that priortizes the relationship with medication as a tool rather than a solution.
Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
At another level, who you are is beyond words. For thousands of years, non-ordinary states of consciousness have been used as a gateway to deeper knowledge about the self, the world and the nature of reality. Western medicine has segregated this noetic landscape from its search for objective truths, which has led to amazing discoveries. However, from the standpoint of psychological healing, these states of consciousness can lead to profound insights that can shape our modes of relationship, and in doing so, expand our frameworks of who we are.
